Love and Sex can definitely be seperated. Love is emotional/psychological needs and Sex is physical needs. That doesn't say that I am a cheater. If I am very in love with someone, I would not cheat.

Sex is mutual, if both side agree, I really don't see a problem

actually, not really a surprising result. Most of us keep that desire under control and not put it in actions. People may "want" a fuck buddy, but most probably won't go out and "look" for a fuck buddy. :)
