but yeah, it's nice to see that his save % and GAA are way down so far this year!

I like both goalie, they both gave the Canucks a different feel in their own end.

cloutier's style may seem more scary to a lot of people because he give out lots of rebounds, but ppl dun know that he's acutally directing those to his D-man

Hedburg's game is more of a calm type of game. He can handel the puck better then cloutier, but we Canucks fans are not used to such act! For years we have not seen a goalie with good puck handling skill.. so everytime he goes out from his net i get creeps lol

but I think, personally speaking, I have a bit more confidence in Cloutier.. maybe cuz i've watched him play a lot more then hedburg... but the last game that Hedburg played against Columbus wasn't sugh a good game IMO.. he goes down a little early and seems that the BlueJackets knows about it and always shoots high.. mmm.. anyways!

I support both goalies! as any true canucks fan would!

I haven't actualy seen Hedberg play... but honestly speaking, Cloutier really scares me sometimes... his history with missing shots from afar makes me squint everytime the other team shoots from the blue line.... and sometimes close the the net he does some crazy things like last year playoff how he totaly over reacted to a Minn shot...

and gosh I just think our defensemen...... should be renamed to secondary wingmen...... always seem to think offense and get out of position..... specialy sopel everytime he has the puck my heart rate just starts climbing..... perhaps that has something to do with crawfords game.... personaly I liked the way Minn played last year playoff, good solid defense and capitalize on mistakes

we started so strong
i thought we were giong to score a goal like a minuite into the game
cuz ther were so many good rushes and stuff
i was expecting to see nucks score lots of goal in 2nd and 3rd
but then mtl scored 2 in a row, kinda put out the fire, but then we came back
and kicked their ass :good:

whoohoo didnt know there'd be canucks fan in this forum!!

yeah we started really strong in the beginning of the season but it seems like our power play's not going anywhere recently... :shakehead the big line havent contributed as much as expected in scoring (except naslund of course)... and the mattress line... sigh... but even so we're still doing pretty ok... so if we can get our acts together and if mc can manage the plays better i think the canucks will be UNSTOPPABLE!!

as for our goalies, well hedberg's out for now, auld, heh, he had one good game against flames but the one with edmonton was quite ugly...cloutiers been pretty consistent so far...hopefully he'll accel as the season progresses...
