還有...沙包買回家後要掛在哪裡???
I mean if i hang a sandbag on my ceiling ... the whole ceiling is gonna fall on me when i sleep...

there are those that stands on the ground and you just have to fill the base with water or sand.

i got mine at fitness depot for 150cdn, but that was a long time ago, should be cheaper now
