Well 7 is sort of like the W140 S-Class
big ass car, more of a car which you would like to have someone drive it for you

but I agree the new BMW just doesn't look good AT ALL


I would take any benz over bmw anyday for the new models of course

I would still take pre-facelifted E46 or the current E39

imo,

the designe of the new 7 is really radical, and someone has to
take a step. the things and technologies that comes with the car
is far more than the S.

new 5, cause the new E class is the only benz i like so far (and slr)
but then if u want me to choose between , slr or z8. bimmer...

yes. the cureent 5's are great.... the M is crazy...

the new 7 series is great, and comes with all the best technologies, too. The problem is their target buyers are old ppl... who prefer just old fashioned look I think...

I think the 5 series look good~

SLR and Z8 are NOT in the same category, it simply outperforms Z8 and the price alone is also way more expensive than Z8
SLR is LIMITED PRODUCTION MODEL and is not even available yet

SL55 is however in the same category as Z8, however it outperforms Z8 in every aspects as well.

I agree design of new 7 is radical, and it is either hate it or love it
to me I hate it

especially the way of how u change gear in the new 7, i mean BMW concentrate so much on driving pleasure, with how u shift in new 7 I just don't see any driving pleasure in it at all

like I said new 7 is not a car u want to drive but to have someone drive it for u just like the W140 S-class....

just a side note
all my friends with the pre-facelifted E46 3-series ARE SO GLAD THAT THEY BOUGHT THE CAR before the facelift
they said it themselves..they TOTALLY AGREE that the facelifted model of E46 is just plain ugly....

well it PROVES that u got more EVIDENCE to support ur dislike of
bmws..

it's just a matter of tasts... u can like ur mb all ur want.. while
i like my bimmer...

any first year car of a new model are bound ot find problems..

i like it bmw.

true I dislike the new BMWs
no arguments there
but because of their looks

I have respect for their performance however
