General Motors is buying out Fiat SPA, this is gay, that's one more European car maker belong to the US car maker now

Fiat SPA and Fiat are different operations. SPA was created by Fiat to let Ferrari stay away from GM's hand. GM always had stakes in Fiat when it run into financial problem in the late 90's.

so you are saying GM is buying Fiat but not Fiat SPA?

I believe that's the case. GM is integrating Fiat into it's European operation. Fiat lost 15% of it's market last year. The debt is accumulating as we speak up to 4 Billion US now.

i just heard it as rumours from someone else that it was Fiat SPA
but i guess they were wrong

GM got to where it is by buying out other company to gain entry to market and technology. That's why people said the people that run GM are not car engineers but rather business people.
