I think the Williams have the chance to win again here this year if nothing wrong comes up to their car

I just hope BAR and Jordan does well

LOL I hope McLaren does well too but from what I've seen this year
unless the track is not suited for high speed I don't think they'll compete well against Ferrari and Williams

basically only 3 teams are in the race for F1
Ferrari, McLaren-Mercedes and BMW Williams
it has been the case like this for the past few years

and with Ferrari dominating most of the time ever since Hakkinen got his 2nd driver's championship in 99

Jordan got 3rd place in constructor championship 2 years ago. McLaren, Ferrari then Jordan I believe.
