nope, as long as ur car is legally modified.
that means, the tire does not behind the fender, the muffler is within the legal noise level.. etc etc

since modified car means attract attention. isn't that the purpose when we modify cars? make it look good?

so cops will tend to see modified cars doing illegal moves etc.

i think that is why. and cops love to pull teens over

so be carefuel if ur car is modified especially the exterior when u drive in rmd

Yes.
When they see Red BuBu they will use the loud sirens to grab your attention... then announce it over the loud speaker to get you to park it. Then the officers will open the cruiser's doors and retrieve their guns. Using the doors as shields, they will again use the loud speaker and scream at you to step out of the vehicle looking ahead... then raise your arms straight up... then kneel down... then lie down flat on your stomache.
Oh, they'll probably also yell that if you so much as move an inch they'll unload them S&W 33s. They've got guns and they're sugar high (from dounuts) so you know they'll be trigger happy!!

Of course, they will probably just want to check your registration papers... but heck!

just don't goto richmond with your mod cars and u'll be fine
it's been crazy there since they started doing the zero-tolerance thing, u'd get pulled over for putting a hello-kitty sticker on your windsheild!

k maybe not as bad.

but I live in richmond and I drive around everyday.. havn't had any problems yet...

a few close encounter where I was followed by a cop, but they turned away after a while..

it's not as bad as ppl think.. as long as your car is not too aggressively modded...

ie.. dropped to the ground for like 2 and a 1/2 inchs and chrome mags, chrome grill... stuff like that
