what kind of deck , speaker , subwoofer and amp you use??

i got panasonic deck,
4 4"infinity speaker, 2 pioneer 6x9 2way speaker, 2 tweeter
(2 5 1/4" speaker, 2 6x9 2 way speaker and 2 8" subwoofer<---in my trunk)

wanna get Pioneer DEH-P8400MP, and 212" infinity subwoofer

Alpine 2-way 5x7" and 6.5" (front and rear)
Alpine 10" DVC (4ohm) Type-R (一個而已啦...哈...沒錢裝第二個)
Alpine MRD-M500 (running 600Watts RMS @ 2ohm load)
EFX 1 farad cap
EFX wires throughout

Tested: 138.9db (amp not tuned yet, sub not broken in yet)
等改天有時間調整一下...期望破 145db :biglaugh:

get the new Alpine amp plus Type-R subs
they are quote an awesome package~
I got 138.9db out of a single 10 (and the amp wasn't even tuned yet)

or~ if you have the budget...go for JL's W7 plus their 500/1 amp

JLW7 13" $1500, 10" $1000
JL 500/1 mono amp: $800

Type R sub is way too expensive
and I don't need that much power man
now I'm thinking of changing of the speaker
but my car originally have the tweeters
but i think they are too weak
is that anyway to change it?

oh also 1 channel is mean one speaker right?
if I have middle speaker and front left and front right
i need three channel amp to power them?

hmm...usually centre channel has its own amp oh...cuz at least I know Clarion's and Alpine's centre channel all have their own amp (you dont need to push the centre channel that hard...that's why they are not as big as the door spkrs)

my suggestion would be:
Alpine 2-way (or 3-way spkrs) for the doors
or~ get Alpine's component spkrs (with tweets)
plus an Alpine MRV-F340, 4/3/2 channel amp

I'd recommend JL stuffz...but they are REALLY expensive...so...hehe

but...just one quick question...are you still running the factory deck???? does it have pre-outs? or did you use high level inputs???

if so...maybe it's time for you to get a new deck...cuz it would make a huge difference in sound!

I am owning a A4 now
you know those European cars all have a nice and big deck
so I'm afraid the new deck will ruin the appearance
but a deck will improve so much?
is there anyway to use the factory deck but have a better sound?
