i think u get minor gain on it...but i think vafc should be ur last mod .....

U need the knowledge of how to tune the Air/Fuel Ratio, other wise u just waste the money.

well don't waste ur $$ on getting that if u want to know some more info of that stuff go to www.honda-tech.com 's Integra Type R section i am sure u will get the answer for the right setup .. u posted it here it's useless. No one know wut's the best setup for that ..
