2JZ is supra engine right

First marketed in California, US in early 2000, L-Tuned packages are now finally available in Canada and the first L-Tuned Lexus is now on display at Toronto's Canadian International Auto Show.

Although specific details have not been released, the L-Tuned show car has blacked-out grilles and large round fog lights. Also adding to is aggressive stance are aero-effect front, rear and side skirts. Identifying labels in the form of a distinctive "L-Tuned" badge could be found both at front and at the rear. It wears Michelin Pilot Sport 225/40ZR18 on all four corners, but in the engine compartment, no clue was given out as to whether any modifications have been made.

Being factory-built, L-tuned Lexuses are modified by Toyota Racing Development and as thus, carries a full Lexus warranty. Apparently, there are 2 packages available: 1) A package that has all the bolt-on cosmetic pieces, plus a freeflow sports muffler that should enhance power output. 2) A second package which adds 18-inch wheels, wider low-profile tires, progressive rate springs and anti-sway bars.

and yes, the L-Tuned package is just another name for TRD kit .. just that its lexus.. i think..

and L-Tuned pacakge in canada is a ripoff... i think for the full package.. they cost more than $5000 alone + tax and etc from lexus.... ripoff..

however it really depends on the person

seriously...the Action Package for the Celica and the L-tuned kit for the IS300 totally "uglifies" <- is there such a word? both cars

I'd take the IS300 in its stock form, and make it look JDM...rather than spending $$ on the Ricey L-tuned IS300....looks like a joke...IMO

then i rather go out and choose the body kit i like
usually the factory one won't be that expensive wor...

$5,000 I would spend on rims and tires along with brake upgrade. Cosmetic things aren't are big priority for me I prefer more things I can feel when driving.

2JZ-GTE...the infamous power plant of supra
stock 550 cc(my Z comes with 330 CC stock) injectors, strong fuel pump, bullet proof internals and the block makes the engine one of the most power engine.

But it's not Aluminum block.
