Richmond Acura really so suck......they have bad sales and the worst service.....and a higher price..........

There was a very nice salesman called Peter Pan (interersting name, eh?). He offers very good price and listens to your need. My friend went to all the Acura dealers in lower Mainland--even the Lougheed one (the TW salesman laughed at the low, ridiculous price Burrad gave him). Of course he bought his new car at Burrad, and Peter taught him all instructions about the new car, even on very small areas, on the day when my friend went to pick up.

But now he no longer in Burrad but is the manager in Honda dealer on Marine and Oak.

Richmond Acura should be the shittious car dealer I've been. Their sales person were so arrogant and made me felt very uncomfortable. Once I was there to take a look at the EL and stood in the showroom for 20 min. without anyone offering help!!!

Most of them were Chinese (from HK? they speak Cantonese.....) and very 臭屁........

Also, Richmond Toyota and Richmond Honda are also in my "BLACK-LIST". They are a little better than Richmond Acura, but also really sux. Same thing happened to me when I was shopping for a car at those 2 places. The Toyota dealer even refused to give me a test drive saying that they don't want to put on too much milage on the tester. I knew they did that just b/c I went alone with my casual outfit..........Sigh.....those ppl are super 現實......... Also, don't count on getting too much discounts from them. Those dealers are really stiff on their pricing.

Basically, IMO dealerships in Richmond are not good places to do ur car shopping. Prices are usually higher while service is usually worse than others. Someone should teach those greedy and arrogant dealers how to treat customers by shopping elsewhere.........
