Actutally, there is only slightly different between these two. For the 2003 model, it has alumi dash trim kits and 5 more hp(only tune up the timing valve) than the 2002 Altima. Other than that, it stays the same(ps more color to choose now). I believe you can purchase the dash kits from ebay or somewhere on the internet. Plus if you want more hp, AEM offers the cold air intake which can take you 10 to 15 more horses.
