HONDA在S系列的演變讓人驚豔,從1962年東京車展中的S500開始揭開舞台的序幕,
到99年發表的S2000,在在讓人驚異.
繼S2000後本田即將再次推出巨作－[ S2200 ] ,預估在明年東京車展發表,
到時將可一睹這部本田最新Coupe的迷人風采.

S系列的歷史:
1963年 本田S500正式上市以來好評不斷,當時是以搭載531c.c.的直列式四缸DOCH引擎
(DOCH-雙凸輪軸...避免有人不瞭再解釋一次)
輸出功率達44hp/8000rpm (高轉速引擎喔) ,在當年造成一股不小的旋風與震憾

1966年S800與S800 Coupe同步上市(Coupe－雙門車款)
改成搭載791c.c.的引擎,而動力的表現更是讓人驚異 70hp/8500rpm (哇咧...八千五百轉...)
容積效應為88.4hp/l .....(天啊...60年代就這麼猛...)

1999年更推出S2K,搭載F20C引擎 2000c.c 及有250/8300rpm 21.2kgm/7500rpm的輸出表現
容積效應為125hp/l

目前S2200以在日本進行路試,將原本的F20C引擎提升至2200c.c.,
預估動力達280hp以上...(怪獸.....= =||)

目前得知消息為車重1300kg, 車身比採S2K 50:50的黃金比例

yeah i don't htink we can confirm on the specs
but we can make a good guess that s2k will chance
since new boost with boxter new z3 and new slk coming out

maybe no new design for s2k( don't need to) but engine upgrade would be awesome

New S2K isn't coming out until 2005 model year. The S2200 Coupe is suppose to come out in summer of 2003 in Japan.
