hmm...actually..I dotn' think the police will pull you over just because you have HID...
unless if they were having a bad day..

of course VI will be a problem...

but i don't wanna blind ppl on the streets either...

This is the beam of a RHD (ECE standard) car. In a LHD world, everyone will get blasted with the beam coz it's higher on the left than it is the right. In a LHD world (under the ECE headlight standards), the right will be higher than the left. This is coz u want the beam to light up road signs though lower on the oncoming car side to reduce glare.

If you go the HID, make sure it's a LHD version. Everyone will thank you for it.
