I don't think so... can't recall hearing any.
Local stores that sell car carpets? Yes! :)
You can try Canadian Tire, Lordco, or some of those car accessory shops in Richmond malls. Or go to the car dealer and buy there, though it'd be more expensive!
If you want to buy an extra set, I would recommend the brand "Lloyd"; it's one of the best car-carpet companies in North America. Good stuff!
