the problem is...dun think many cars would fit in the engine u knw
i'm asking about 800 maybe?? i dunno....it's a really nice engine still....wasn't planning to do anything about the engine till last week!! just for some reason i'm getting a 3SGTE from hk soon...it'd be wasted if i just put the old one in my room u knw...
i'll prolly just put it on ebay if no one wants it here

I am thinking.....what about.....

put tat 3sgte into IS300....kinda like a downgrade i guess.....but it's sure fast and achieving better weight ratio

well IS is a n/a car...hard to compare a n/a car with a turbo....different style of handeling i guess
yeah n/a would be alot easier to handle...but downgrade IS?? hummm.........i wouldn't compare the IS engine here with 3SGTE

on a stock level of speech it sure is a down grade.

but 3SGTE has a higher potential than 2JZGTE in its full tune form. It has better engine mass/ output ratio after tuning. And it sure helped RS200 to corner.

On the other hand many company made bolt-on turbo for the 2JZGTE in IS300 (hey it's a Supra engine after all) so that will be pretty fun too.
Make it the JGTC spec 500HP 3SGTE! :P

that's true, 3SGTE is smaller, lighter and very powerful in its optimal form. that's why JGTC supras are using 3sGTE instead of 2JZGTE. they were anble to mount the engine further back so it's compeletely behind the front axle and also lower to achieve lower center of gravity. some people in japan does swap 3sGTE into their supras and made it a killer on the track.

haha thank you for saying some good things about 3SGTE cuz that's what i'm planning to put in my car soon......
