i don't think he can sell anything on that car, if ICBC writes off the car, then it's ICBC's property. ICBC will part out the car trying to make some money back.

we r gonna fix it and then sell it. our benz dealer said itd worth $40000....minus the repair cost minus 5.5k worth of mods....not much left.
i wont make a claim for it. coz if i did the insurance rate will go up to 150%!!! right now im paying 4k. 4k*1.5=7k a year..........
