ha~just put down some amount u like.........

me will probably put down something like $100 for the value of the bike........even if they find out, they can't do anything b/c both you and the seller agree on that price and u do pay you tax.........

of course, there are still a lot more ways to avoid the gov't cash grab.......i just don't know them.........

me did that when i bought my car from someone........

me only put down the value which was less than 1/3 of the price........and i ended up paying less than $100 for the tax.......

i don't think they can do anything to u if they find out, b/c it's private sale and they can't force someone to sell a vehicle at its real value.......
