LOL.. for a 96 C36 i think it is around $30k... may be $10k more for a 99 C43.

if you ever see them on the streets of vancouver when they were new, they were more than likely driven by a bunch of 太太's。。。 so yes, you are absolutely right - they were being abused very often. very low mileage for grocery shopping and picking up kids at schools.

if the buyer is "對這輛車情有獨鍾", the C36/43 is a very good all around vehicle. yes, for 30-40k there are many new cars around, but i guess the original poster wanted a cheap (entry level) AMG - and the C36 / C43 is a very good choice indeed. built quality of MB is very good and i would expect just the regular maintainence costs on this car.

$30~40K對我來說很多了... 我是超喜歡這台車的說...AMG...又不便宜...所以能買台c36/43我就很高興了~

Hehe... Indeed.... I pasted up a chance of buying a 1993 500E w/26K on odometer last summer..... Damn am I regret and want to slap myself silly..... 500E/E500 is truely a master piece..... FYI, it takes an average of 18 days to complete ONE 500E/E500..... And 500E/E500 was assembled on the very same assembly line used to make the Legendary Porsche 959.... Now how cool is that???

that's what i like the w202...
看看現在的c coupe...一堆女生在開...
感覺起來...w203比較像女生車...
可能是開車的人女生比例比較高吧...
所以還是...w202...第一...(純屬個人嗜好)

I find the coupe's rear end is a little weird. W203 sedan is the only Benz model I like. The only other sedan that looks great to me is Saab 9-3.

Viggen is actually pretty good car.... Decent power, well assembled..... But IMHO priced too high.... Besides when ppl see Saab, they automatically assume it's just another "rebadged GM product"..... That doesn't help the sales either.....

And no, I don't think any GM car actually shares chassis with Saab....
