Got the H&R spring from Driver's Edge in Burnaby. I also have rubbing issues at the rear, all you have do is to remove the nuts on the fender that holds the mud guard. Do TME offer springs for Ph2 S40's? The H&R spring are for Phase I S/V40; therefore, I have to convert the front suspension back to Phase I in able to use the spring, I have to change the front strut, strut mount and some bearings for it to fit. Phase 1 have different front suspension setup than phase 2 while the rear for both Phases are the same.

Yes, TME offers both Phase I and II springs. And from that i hear that TME has completely different design for phase I and phase II front springs. It actually give a nice drop on the car. I am using the stock shock with TME spring and the front is about 1" of gap.
Heard from Carlos from S40ceoncepts.net that phase II front strut design that phase I. Are you exeprience any problem so far with Phase I suspension?
Btw, when you gonna finish your rebuild and have that car runing, i really wanna see how fast it will go in person

Yes, there's problem with the phase I front strut, in fact, I am going to do a custom alum plate for the front strut mount to solve the problem. The car will be out by this Friday, I just took a look today at the new turbo, 0.63 trim looks way bigger in the turbo inlet than the stock turbo..I can't wait to test the car on the road. Well.. if you want to see it, you can PM me. :)

By the way.. here is how the front looks with H&R spring.

The re-born V40 is almost ready. Just working on the new intercooler and intake pipes and it will be ready. Just took some pictures at my new turbo. This is a stage one upgrade, bore out intake housing to fit the T03 0.62A/R wheels. Pictures belows are the old and new turbo.

Old Turbo:

New Turbo:

Notice the tubine wheels are going from 6 blades to 5 blades, I don't excatly know how that will affect the performance.
