Why do u need to remove the mud guards? Though I've moved mine up an inch to stop it from scraping on every speed bump (and hard cornering). Plus I don't have a body kit as such but I prefer the mud guard look. Saves me cleaning the car so many times especially when it rains.

As Hellcooler said.. get good ones or don't do it at all. Nothing worse than cheap springs and poor handling than it was when it rolled out of the factory. Stiffer springs on stock shocks just makes the car feel like there is no shocks at all. Had that set up for a month.. couldn't stand the cruise liner effect going up and down on every corner.

sounds right, so if i take my car to do it, i would use TRD, but what about the coils? is the package included for it yet? or just the lowering spring only?? i am kind of deciding when to do it caz i m still udner warranty right now, if i want to keep it, i will need to bring the car to toyota dealer and let them do for me and costs me around 800 something. if bring it to my fd`s shop and do it with TRD spring..should be cheaper....dmn dmn..hard to decide.........

Springs are the "coils"...

Look at the warranty clause. If work is done say at an independent workshop, would warranty be honoured (doesn't have to be suspension work)?

Best if you actually have the springs and shocks done at the same time since you have to remove the shocks to change the springs anyhow (that's unless you have a trailing arm/torsion beam at the back).

I did it myself.... It's not something anyone would do without the right tools and know how to use the tool. Spring compressors if used incorrectly can take limbs and heads off your body.

I did this for the front struts..

Strut brace u could do without but it can be useful if you really really go hard. For moderate to high cornering, strut bars (IMHO) not essential.
