i wouldn't recommand you to do at the dealership...
you can get same quality of work from other car shop in richmond for much lower price~except the warranty from toyota (if you have TRD spring, and the warranty is on the trd parts not the related parts )
i paid 200 cash for the labour and allighment to lower my car~ so it's less than half you pay at the dealership, and the car is runing pretty good as well~ nothing wrong with it~
the other thing is ~ i would recommand you to change the shock/struts as at the same time~ so it provide better handling, and save you more money in the long run if you install shock/struts in the future~(and you won't kill your oem struts too)
