Hi all... I curb srubbed my rim last night........

sad... I wonder where can I take the wheel for repair ? it is a 18" Breyton....

... so far.. some one said Green in Richmond... some said Panther in Surrey....

anyone has any expereience with either? ..which shop does a better job?

i usually have car stuff and rims repaired............in burnaby.that`s called Auto Expert.......... i have curbbed my rim before also and it costed around $150...........hope it help..........

Greens in Rmd kinda sucked...I didn't like their customer service.
I know another one in surrey, it's called Nu-Brite. They do a lot of repairing jobs for Brian Jessel and Ferrari (that's wut they said anyway...)

I've been there to get my rim repaired a few times. I took my friend there once to get her AMG rim repaired. Overall, their repairing technique was excellent. Price was good too. It might be a bit hard to bargain over the phone, but once they repaired your rim, they usually gave you a better final price. Yeah, I know it's kinda weird, but it's the way they do business.

So how much does it cost to repair the rim? It depends on wut type of material you rim is made of, and the type of finish it has. I once hit the curb and damage the rim very badly (a OZ Racing rim called Volcano), and I paid about $180-$200 for repairing...

I won't go Auto Expert..all they do is they sent the job out (sub contract) ... Auto Expert don't have the skill and equipment to repair rim ...

most ppl gear towards Panther in Surrey..... and I think I will go there..... and yeah.. I called the shop . .they said if it is minor rim scratch.. it will be $135-ish .. and if it is bended... then $180-ish......
