it can still be seen clearly

and u dont have to worry about that someone will steal ur N sign

use some windex or some solvent lah...
wax is only for "filling" up those tiny tiny holes in ur car so it looks shiny..

if it's some kind of clear coating left on ur car's paiting... use some solvent like alcohol or kitchen cleaner lor...

if it's the coating of the paint that beening tear away.. then... go repaint bah...
