Pictures indeed look ugly.
But when looking at it in person, it's not too bad at all.
Lots of things are improved/upgraded.

I like its new front seats and instrument panel.
The instrument panel looks much much much much better than old RSX
Old RSX's one looks extremely ugly.

not a big fan of the RSX.. but the upgrades looks nice.
and TSX is too expensive IMO for a 4banger too~

For the same price, you can get a fully loaded 2 door accord V6 EX with leftovers to get yourself a set of rims.
