Looks like an CLK430 Convertible (you can see the red convertible top switch on console). Depends on condition/option, it is some where mid 30K (no more).....

I bet dealers are giving low estimates, high 20K's.....

2000 was first year of minor changes (turn signal on mirror housing, addition of CLK430 convertible, and a few others). 2003 was the last year only in convertible form, new coupe came out that same year.

Based on old C-Class chassis (1994 ~ 2000), it certainly "feels" old compare to newer models. Unless you absolutely want a V8 and 4-seat convertible (and deep pocket to maitain), I would get something more economical as a daily driver....

The Canadian Black Book list price for a 2000 CLK430 coupe w/ 75000km ranges from $24.4k to $27.5k, so my guess is that the car might carry an asking price of around $30k. Hard to say exactly how much the car should sell for though, since I am not too sure about used luxury car prices.

One note: Car depreciates MORE if changed from stock. Cars don't gain value when you changed something.....

As far as I can see.... Stereo is changed.... AMG rims and body-kit is STANDARD on CLK430... And Anti-Rust.... You only need to do once several years in between. And as far as I concern, it's a waste on German cars as they are designed to be taken harsh weather.

All needed is a decent water jet, and clean off chassis as it has been driven in salted street/snow.

Like I mentioned, there is no such thing as AMG CLK430. ALL North America CLK430 comes standard with AMG bodykit and AMG tires/rims.

Current CLK is based on newer C-Class, with some suspension parts shared with current E-Class. Unlike old CLK, which is based on OLD C-Class.

2000年CLK430 我就覺得有點舊，外形跟新的有很明顯的分別
另外就是Benz的原廠保養超貴的
跑了7萬多KM, 再開2萬（1~2年）就要大維修了
又要一大筆錢，要好幾千$$$
