Do you believe in fate, and things are meant to be???

Hmmm does fate exist?? Are somethings just meant to happen even though the chance of it happening is almost impossible?? Are somethings in our lives actualy planned out for us, and it would just happen?? Something xtremely "fateful" happened last night that made this guy that didn't used to believe in such thing have doubts now... this is not specific towards relationships and love... but rather towards things in general.... Like the fact that you are reading this... is this somekind of a weird fate as well???????

my prospective is kinda hard to explain
yes i believe in fate but i also believe we have the abilities to change it.

i remember a quote from "mummies 2." it goes something like this.

"the path is laid out for us. but it is up to us to walk on it." whichever ways we choose to walk this "path" are based on our own decision.

that is what i believe in.

i totally believe in fate, otherwise why was i born in my family, why do i meet the ppl i'm meeting...etc
i've always had a lot of coincidences in terms of meeting ppl, like seeing a friend again in another 補習班 three years after i left the first one....and this guy in my school right now was in my grade 1 class in elementary school back in TW
so, u never know, but we can also change fate if we try lar

Dunno guys.... I think these sort of highly unprobably coincidences can be explained by fate. And I guess in people's lives, there are sometimes xtreme opportunities that presents itself. Hence Chinese believe in "good fortune" for those that have good opportinities happen for them. But on the flip side, do we also pin it on fate when bad things occur? This is what I don't like...I guess in the end life is not fair, and deal good hands to some people and bad hands to other... I find it easier for myself to accept things, if I just think life is just composed of some random coincidences, instead of 'someone' planning a bad time or good time for me.......

life is not fair for sure lar
but i never blame it on fate when my life seem to suck, i blame it on myself or the ppl who caused it

Ah i know what you mean..... fate would have it (how ironic) to make me into a sour bitter man........... and blaming fate for everything.............. hahahaha~

If it happend only once ...I.E. met someone... then not yet a fate. But twice or more... yes, it is fate.
