He/she is probably planning of breaking up with his/her bf/gf but is afraid to say so Because they dont want others to judge them as if they were the bad people.

That's why he/she will just choose not to phone his/her gf, or worse, by simply ignoring them, and it is very irresponsible. They are just probably waiting for their bf/gf to get tired with their actions and break up with them instead and let them seems like the bad people.

Simply talk to your gf/bf and find out what is really going on, if its like what I said, then theres no point of being together.
