I have a problem and need help. Ok, there's this girl I've like for long time now. At first I consider her as friend but eventually I started to have feelings for her. I always try to help her in every way. I never thought of going out or spending time with other girls because I care about her too much. But now, she made a boyfriend. I was really hurt that how could she do this to me? But then I thought that if she is happy with him then its good. I thought I should avoid her and not cause problems between herself and bf. But she doesn't let me live in peace. I told her that I need time alone but still bugs me all the time. She calls often. The problem is that I don't think she just consider me as friend because of the following reasons: 1) We talk almost everyday by phone, msn, and in person, we go out to lunch often, etc. 2) She often waits just for me in classroom and other places and makes excuses for her waiting. 3) She said some things to me that a girl would never say to another guy if she just consider him as friend. 4) Once I saw with her bf and they were sitting close together and when I enter the room, she moved away from him. 5) I looked upset one time and she left her bf just to check on me. I don't know what to do, and why is this girl doing this to me? She like two sided or something. If she really does like this guy then why bug me?

sometimes.. that only means.. that you are a special friend to her.. one of her most trusted person in the world.. but you are still just a friend..

there are a number of possiblities..
it could mean that u are a really good friend of hers (but still just friends)
ur definition of being just a friend may not be the same as hers
maybe the way she's treating u is how she treats all her good friends..
OR
she could have feelings for u, but are afraid to act on that feeling cuz she doesnt think you have the same feelings..
a bf may be just a way to distract herself from you..
(but obviously not working)
OR
she has feelings for you, and she "thinks" you have the same feelings for her...so a bf is shorta like a push for u to go chase her kinda thing..

i know i for one, have guy friends that i would dump my bf anytime for..cuz we are just that close..but then that's just me~

live up or give up~~~~if u really like her then go ask her out and date her, tell her ur feeling towards her and ask her to be ur gf.......

if she doesn't want to be ur gf then kiss goodbye...

the truth is this if she remain to be with her bf then eventually she will start to have less contact with u. that also means goodbye...

if she turned u down, that doesn't mean u dont have chance in the future, that only means ull have to wait until they broke up...

u got nothing to loss, the person who should of be worring about the gal is her bf, because he might loss her..................

I don't know.. maybe she does have some feelings for you.. but like water said is afraid to say so.. cuz if it turns out that you are just treating her as a good friend, then things will get uncomfortable between you guys.

Then maybe this guy came out of no where and told her he likes her and asked to be her bf.. and since she's so unsure if you have feelings for her or not, or if you guys will ever get any where.. she decides to give that guy a chance.

It's tough.. do you spill your guts and tell her how u feel.. or you just let them go on and hope she'll be happy..

I guess it'll be best to just come out and tell her that this really bothers you.. but as usual the best thing is not the easiest or the wisest thing to do...

maybe just start by hinting at her.. that it bothers you that she still contacts you so constantly and treat you a step above friends now that she has a bf... and go from there..?

if i were a close friend with a girl friend who had just gotten a bf, i would immediately distance myself with her. i just do not want to cause any confusion or grief between her and her bf.

however, if she still bugs me around and makes me think she likes me, i would just ask her directly to clarify any confusions.
