怎麼樣可以白一點?

敷臉...要用那種上面有寫美白的...^^*
不過那只有臉部最多到脖子...
身體的話...進量步要曬太陽...
出門最好擦防曬油...
其他的我不知道@@
我也想變白....><

wear long sleeves and long pants a lot la~~ cause that way your skin will stay very light and smooth~~ (that's how I kept my skin in good condition)

yea sunscreen...不過聽說sunscreen是保護你不被曬傷..
曬久還是會黑
所以避免在陽光下直曬太久吧..

drink orange juice or lemon juice in the morning instead of coffee...
then the vitanmic C can purify and whitening ur black color under ur skin^^
