什麼是米糠呢？原來稻穀去掉
外殼後，那些穀殼就較粗糠，去
掉粗糠的稻穀叫糙米，糙米外表
有一層薄薄的皮，這層皮就叫米
糠。米糠可以做米糠油，還可以
當飼料、肥料 ，用途頗多喔！！
