but i think
if you dun use make up.. sleep early.. have a healthy life style for maybe -1-2 weeks..? you'll be surprised by how much your skin'll improve..
well at least it worked for me =p

i dont know if neutrogena's toner is good or not, never used it...
but if it does have alcohol it's not good, alcohol dries up ur sking
if u are looking for drug store brands Nivea Visage has a toner that's alcohol-free u can try that~
the key to shrinking ur pores is to keep ur face clean, so they can shink on their own~
u can try splashing some cold water on ur face after u wash ur face with warm water, warm water opens up pore so u can clean, cold water temperatly seals ur pores so less dirt can get in

我正在用Nu Skin的產品，我覺得它裡面有幾個產品真的挺好的。
特別是對想要針對收毛孔和深層清潔。用完以後皮膚變得白白滑滑的。我個人最大的問題是黑頭和毛孔粗大，它的產品有幫了我不少。
連我男朋友也說我皮膚變好了。或許我說得太神奇了一點了，可昰我真的很喜歡喇。 :biglaugh:

我以前都是用 Kiehl's 的金展花 toner 用了不知道幾年
可是我真的覺得沒什麼效 @@
可能不適合我的皮膚吧
後來之前用 Darphin 的好像比較有效
現在又改成用 Kiehl's 的 cucumber toner :laugh:
目前還沒什麼感覺
不過我覺得用冷水洗臉真的會讓毛孔變小
我以前都用熱水..
現在用冷水真的感覺有變小
