I am a lazy dude, what I do is wash them and threw them into dryer...it only takes a few times for the color to fade out and shrink in size...

Btw, where can I buy tightened wasit shirts?

if u really want to take care ur clothes, u should hang it.

if u hang it properly, u don't even need to iron it afterwards.

i think @.@ if u do cold wash~ and when u dry~ dun put setting to too high~
and just tumble dry it till water doesn't drip~ then hang it~~

i think that'll help~

i usually wash my clothes upside down.
also, if the colours are dark, i wash them in cold water. i haven't really experienced any colour fading problems.
