i find that the easiest way to line an eye is to use a small angle brush


just wet the brush 'n use it with any eyeshadow
or if u want a liquid liner u can use the brush with a cake

i think so too!
used for about almost 2 years now
works pretty well...
BUT THE THING IS
PPL, BE NICE TO UR BRUSHES
CLEAN THEM IN A PROPER WAY
cuz... i forgot....
i was very violent when i cleaned my brush and now it 開岔 = =
so i have to go buy a new one
so expensive!
