i once overheard two people's conversation. it was pouring rain outside and around 5 degrees. i wore a big coat trying to get into a building ASAP.

there was this taiwanese girl wearing mini-skirt standing outside and her male friend approached her.

"不會冷啊?"
"不會啊. 今天蠻熱的呢." (but i see her arm crossed, kind of shivering)
