you can get thinner thigh by eating those, you can have thinner thigh by eating fish oh~ personal experience, but not fried fish, steam fish's the best, but me got disgusted, 'coz don't like fish~
1st: all fruit..... no banana
2nd: all veg .... must be green
3rd: fruit and veg...... no banana and veg must be green
4th: same as 3rd day but add 1 banana
5th: 8 banana and 8 cup of mike~
