yup~
you can get thinner thigh by eating those, you can have thinner thigh by eating fish oh~ personal experience, but not fried fish, steam fish's the best, but me got disgusted, 'coz don't like fish~

1st: all fruit..... no banana
2nd: all veg .... must be green
3rd: fruit and veg...... no banana and veg must be green
4th: same as 3rd day but add 1 banana
5th: 8 banana and 8 cup of mike~
6th: veg with 1 pound of beef meet ar~

哇~~ 都是減肥食譜啊~~~請問有沒有增肥食譜呢~~ 因為我想增加 5~6 磅~~ 覺得太瘦了~~ 大家有沒有妙方啊~~ ㄟㄟㄟ~~ 不要忘記ㄡ~~ 要是全素食的~~ 因為我可是素食主義者啊~~ ^_^ thanx la guys~~
