What is the big difference between SFU and UBC

What I have heard from people said that UBC is for Doctor,
and SFU is for Scienctists?

UBC is very big, compare it with most universities... U of T is big because it has three campus, but speaking of campus area, UBC is defenitely big..

Queen's is only 1/4 of UBC in campus size.. and UVic is a lilttle bigger than Queen's...

McGill's campus is about the same as Queen's...

So People in UBC should be happy that they have a big campus~ :)
thought walking between campus buildings is tiring...

SFU... is very small...

SFU programs are more liberal, thus it is categorized as a contemporary school. UBC offers specific programs in more areas (it's not big for no reason) such as medicine, law, etc.
Both schools have very good programs. Depending on what you want to study, I'm sure one, if not both of these schools will suit your needs.

hmm.. i know ubc is kinda big the first time i went there~
but i went to sfu the first time at night..so couldnt really tell if it is big~
gotta go there next time and have it checked out ~

some ppl i know from sfu are dropping out~ one of them dropped out and got in and dropping out again~ ...hmm...sounds pretty hard for some of them~
