marks in Mid May" or something like that...
They only say.. "I regret that we are unable to offer your admission..... your qualifications do not meet the current requirements for admission to any of the academic programs you had selected.. I know this decision is disappointing, but I do want to assure you that your application has been considered very carefully."

But I wonder if it's the final decsion though? Do they offer early addmision? Or they only make the decision once for every student?
I am thinking to switch program too.. instead of Management, I am more interested in Communication Studies. Is it possible to change the program I've already been rejected into something else, and put my whole application into re-consideration again?
But anyway.. my priority is to get into U of T...!
