Am I possible to get in to science or enginnering at university?

My English written skill sucks, but science and math are not bad. is that possible for me to get in to university? I mean specific UBC

of course!
but gotta get really high for ur math and sciences to pull up overall if ur eng is not as high.
aim above 88 overall at least.

If ur Eng really sux, then
a: u need to take LPI or get about 80% to enter UBC
b: u need 80% to enter engineering in SFU.....
Science, ya, should be okay for SFU if u got da other non eng courese really high. but for UBC, LPI/80% will really be annoying if u ain't that gd @ eng.

i failed my english provincial, got 49% on that
got into ubc engineering.

class 65%, provincial 49%, overall 59%.

I fail all my courses from grade 7 to grade 10
but my grade 12 final plus provinal average was 88%..
if I can do it... everybody can do it
I guess that I played too much computer games back then...
