I have a question about 2nd year math regarding to course selection

i'm planning to take either linear algebra or calculus 3 through Open University (self-paced)

which course (Linear Algebra or Calculus 3) is more suitable for distance ed? or to put it in another way, which course could be learned more easily by urself?

i don't know about linear algebra.. BUT DEFINITELY NOT CALCULUS 3!!!!!!!! HONESTLY!!!!


cuz with the 3D stuff~~ reading books and shxt really won't do it~ need to have professor draw and do demo and describe to u~

PLUS if you've taken linear algebra...
it will be some kind of advantage to take Calculus 3 later...

I actually thought calculus 3(Math200) was easier than linear algebra(Math152)..

but maybe that's just me, but f*ck linear algebra :angry fir

i gave up trying to take linear algebra through distance education

i'm now taking both linear algebra and calculus 3 through normal lectures. :eeeek:

calculus 3 is much much easier...if you got a good grade in first year math..then definitely calculus 3...i took math253...it's not hard at all..just reviewing the first year stuff in the beginning and couple new stuff..

for linear algebra...oh my...it was hard as hell in the end..u have to do the stupid square non-sense stuff..i don't even remember how to do those anymore...for me...linear algebra is for solving math mysteries..
