I had the experience once.

I couldn't move my body and open my eyes, but my mind still working.

I tried so hard to move and open my eyes, but no use.

I did see or feel(?) bright light through my very narrow eyes.

I'm still very curious about the light. because I always turn all lights off when I sleep.

And then, 被鬼壓 came into my mind, so I started to 唸佛號.

Few minutes later, I could move and see.

I felt my body is kinda cold, but I still had my 3 blankets on.

i've been in that situationbefore in my friends house....

this was the frist time i sleep over at he's house... so before we fall asleep, he left a night lamp on.. i was like fuck man, turn off the light... he just tell me not to regrate, but i was too tired so i told him to like, mike, shut up, i want to sleep... but in the morning...... the thing happend to me... i can open my eye.. but i couldn't move... can't move at all..... and after like 10 min... the feeling is gone.. and a wake up my friend and told him... and he's like... i told you last night.. dun regrate.... cus i know something is in my room , that's why i leave a night lamp on....

however, i dun really believe it.. te next time i went over and sleep over again... i told him that i still want to sleep w/ the lamp off... he's like.. fine..if u want.... cus i am use to it... it dun really bother me.. but sure, if u want the lamp off...

and again.. same thing happend...
