japanese 100 難嗎?
聽我朋友說 language 100 level 都很多要背跟考試
I thought it's an ez credit course, or is it not??

我不在 SFU.. 可是我在 UBC 有拿過初級的日文
我覺得應該大同小異吧
是要背很多沒錯..
其實主要就是那些日文字母還有一些簡單的單字跟片語
多寫多聽多講就自然而然記得了
我覺得常常有些小 quiz 反而會幫助你一點一點的 memorize
不然等到要考 midterm 的時候所有的東西 build up 反而困難

我知道douglas的Japanese100是教妳50音 要背
花時間精神去學就不難啦
如果只是爲了credit拿 而對日文沒有興趣 會很累吧

generally an easy course,,,but keep in mind to write those "stroke" nicely, just like the way you started to learn chinese writings when u were a kid........otherwise the instructor will take marks from the quizzes or assignments even though he/she recognize what characters you trying to interpret..but not qualify his/her impression of writing standards in a formal way.

if u want a easy gpa booster course
then better not take japanese
unless u know a lot and can write nicely~~like perfectly
bec the prof is picky...

japanese is not hard...~.~... well...not in 100 or 200 level

basically, there's no "Easy Course" in SFU
Japn 100&101 is not too bad, but keep in mind, u hab to work hard!!
never think it's an easy A... or you could end of failing the course

Omae Sensee is nice, just, u hab to work hard to get good mark, that's all!!~

I took Omae's class...She's strict on the stroke. Make sure do all the works and follow eveyrthing she says. She hates ppl learning Jap by their own while taking her class, so Don't speak any words other than the words she taught you during presentation.
