I'm very confused too.
Actually I called the Artona Group few weeks ago, the receptionist told me grad photo is not mandatory. But then how are they going to put our photos on the department wall?
I just didn't take any photo yet. I'm hoping that's not mandatory.

i just went to take it because i want my pic on the department wall ha...
i dont even want to buy any but just that costs me 50 bucks ><

u have to ask ur own dept regarding this

I emailed the PSA ppl ..

"I'm glad you emailed me with this question. We will be holding a PoliSci Grad meeting in regards to photos soon, (date to be announced)as well as sending out an email . There will also be information posted in the next week on the PSSA Bulletin Board on the second floor of Buchanan A, in the hallway near the Arts Advising Office, where you will be able to pick up information and the forms for our Grad photos.

For your own personal interest, the Political Science Grad Photo's are being taken at Evangelos Photography, on 3156 West Broadway. We are hoping to have all the photos taken by December. The phone number is 604-731-8314 or alternatively 604-732-3023. They are open from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays, and 10 am to 5 pm on Sundays. I encourage you to book an appointment with them, as they are quite accommodating!"

so if u want ur pic to be on the wall, better ask ur dept who is ur official grad photographer!
