Transfer to ubc

I have changed my minds to study at UBC.I want to know the GPA requirement for entering Commerce after I study at Kwantlen for one year.I want to know something about Transportation and logics, is it diffcult? Are English courese(110,111,120,112,120,121) diffcult in UBC?

1) GPA requirement for 2nd yr admission

i'd say ~3.3. however, ubc uses BBA now, so GPA is not the only admission requirement. other factors are also important.

2) Is TLog difficult?

it's not a popular major in commerce. all i know is some of the TLOG courses are quite quantitative.

3) English courses difficult at UBC?

i think this question is irrelevant in ur situation. since you are transferring from college, u MUST complete 6 credits of english in college BEFORE entering ubc.

u should really email ubc commerce to get the "reliable" and "accurate" information you need. transferring is a big hassle, and requirements always change. that's why i never trusted college advisors. there were instances where they provided me with the "wrong" information. thus, emailing ubc commerce guarantees the information you get is accurate and updated. my experiences with them were very good; they were always very nice.

i transferred to ubc last sept. prior to the transfer, i think i sent at least 80+ emails to them asking different questions. that's why my transfer went so smooth without any problems.

for example, just email them if your involvement in hip-hop dancing is appropriate for BBA consideration, and i'm sure they'll be happy to help you. they get paid to answer our questions. just email them :) they won't bite :)
