392 is labour relations....the course where we learn about unions, employement laws, etc. we had to do a bargaining simulation. remember now??
yea....
i don't think 399 is a hard course. u should do fine ~ :spin:
i'm planning to go into MSc of PhD in Finance after i graduate.
yea ~ i know it sounds crazy, but i kinda want to learn more about finance ~ | oooh.....really? sorry, when i looked it up on the courses website, i must've read another course. Okay, i took 392 in second year, which is why I don't remember the course code... . collective bargaining and stuff right? Oh yes. haha that course was fun. I liked it... well it wasn't bad....and our groups were competitive, so it was kinda exciting. :spin: i don't remember having to memorize much.... like i said tho, i'm good w/ short term cramming, so I don't really notice.
MSc of PhD in Finance? how many years are you gonna be in school? OMG! hehehhe! (sorry) :) hmm...i did quite well in the finance courses in second/third year, but never really took an interest in them. hehe, good luck to ya! |

Personally, I think Anthropology 100 (Cultural Anthropology) is a very interesting course. Says me, a Sociology/History double major. Sociology is also my thing.
| wow, haven't seen u on the forum for awhile.
anyhow...i heard from other friends that anthro is a bit on the boring side. i guess it depends on the prof as well...who did u hav? |

| There are 3 different anthro courses: Biological Anthro, Cultural Anthro, and Archeology. I would say Cultural would be the most interesting: learning about races, ethnicity, culture, etc. like Sociology. Biological Anthro may be a bit boring as you may have to learn about early humans, memorizing their names, etc. Archeology, well, you probably know what that is... rocks and fossils... I'd never take that.
Oh, I had David Ryniker for Cultural Anthro 100. He's an interesting prof, but a great portion of his tests are MC. My exams composed of 66% MC and 34% essay. MCs are usually rather tricky. 71% class average
Yeah it's been a while, I guess I'm back now that I have time to kill in summer... |
