Can Everybody tell me If drop the course with a withdraw grade..Does it affect Transfer to University .If everybody studies in Kwantlen

Not sure.
But it's better than get a F on the record.
Getting a F will cost your GPA to drop down.
And you won't go anywhere with low GPA.
