The requirment on one of the programs says I need to submit a covering letters. Can anyone provide me with an example on how a covering letter is done or can anyone show me your covering letter to BCIT please?

I think you need to double check. For my case, the requirement for my program needs cover letter too. But, I asked my classmates and they all told me they didn't submit one. The requirement for cover letter is 150 words. I didn't reach the limit and it's way below. So, GOOD LUCK!!
