again, not the most popular type of music for chinese... but just curious to find out if there's any fan of this genre on this board?

yeah man Linkin Park rules, period. you should try all of their songs on the album cuz they're all great and very original...

cranberries? i dunno man i think their stuff sound too much alike, gets repetitive too soon...

i consider Bon Jovi a classic rock kind of band now... but yeah, some of his older stuff was quite good, remember "always"? aww man brings back lots of memories.

and if any one of your are into 80's rock, Queen is the best, and always will be:)

well..... depends on what kind of J-rock u're talking about... would you say that some of X-Japan's stuff is pure noise? of coures! but some of their ballads are REALLY good tho...

as for western rock... think of Marilyn Manson or Slipknot and u'll have an idea of what "noise" is... well ok maybe not anymore cuz they've sold out and gone pop-ish.:angry fir just like :blast: Limp Bizkit.

first time I heard it I thought it was noise too
but now, if u listen carefully
many of them are masterpieces
